| January 29, 2012 to February 25, 2012 | 3/9/2012 |
| February 26, 2012 to March 24, 2012 | 4/10/2012 |
| March 25, 2012 to April 28, 2012 | 5/10/2012 |
| April 29, 2012 to May 26, 2012 | 6/8/2012 |
| May 27, 2012 to June 23, 2012 | 7/10/2012 |
All payroll reports, Kronos sign offs, Aesop reconciliations and extra duties are due on the Tuesday following the pay period end.
