Rhea Valley Elementary School: QR Codes Enhance Student Engagement

A teacher helping a student use an iPad.Students in third grade took to the hallway to answer questions about synonyms and antonyms.  Students used iPads to scan the QR codes on the wall through a program called Qrafter.

Once students scanned the code, they were able to see the answer choices to the question.  Any simple worksheet can be turned into a QR code activity.  Students are much more engaged when they are able to add technology and movement to their learning.  QR codes combine both of these options.  QR code activities are easy and fun.
