WCCTEC Successful at 2017 SkillsUSA State Competition

Four students pose with their medals.The WCCTEC recently completed the 2017 SkillsUSA State Competitions.  Nineteen students were eligible to compete in various events.

Ricky H. won a silver medal in Auto Collision Repair, Canan L. won a bronze medal in Cabinet-Making, Jasper L. won a bronze in Internetworking and Devin O. brought home a bronze in I.T. Services.We are so proud of these students and their accomplishments!

During the state competitions, the WCCTEC students were able to tour Washington D.C.  They visited the National Mall, various monuments, and Arlington Cemetery.  These students had a great time and above all else, had an opportunity to learn important facts about their country.
