Remote Learning Day

Washington County Schools will operate on a Remote Learning Day Tuesday, February 2, 2021.

Student Coursework

As we near Christmas Break and the end of the first semester shortly after school begins again in early January, we ask you to please take a few minutes to review your child's progress and assignments to make sure they are up to date in their learning goals and assignment expectations.

Being 100% Virtual at this time, it is more important than ever you help by checking your child's progress daily and ensuring they are completing their work, turning in the assignments and understanding the work assigned. If you find gaps in your child’s progress, please work with them, communicate with their teachers, and develop a plan to help your child catch up.

As well, parent and teacher communication and involvement will help to ensure your child's success. Thus, please be sure to provide your child’s school with your current email address and phone number if there has been changes in the last several months and let us know if you do not have adequate internet access so we can assist you.

Your help and assistance will tremendously help your child, their teachers and the quality of education your children receives.

Let's support each other, our children and their future
