High Point Elementary Kindergarten Students Welcome David Boyd
Thu, April 13, 2017
We have heard that spring comes in like a lion and out like a lamb. Spring has sprung and so have the changes in weather. Kindergarten students at High Point Elementary school have been observing the weather for several weeks.
March weather included many sunny days, rainy days, windy days, and we even saw a snowflake or two. David Boyd visited High Point Kindergarten to discuss the job of a meteorologist and talk about weather. Students learned the difference between weather and climate, the different types of clouds, how to read a weather map, and many other fun facts about weather.
