Valley Pre-K Receive Cozy Blankets

Two rows of students holding their blankets.Recently Valley Institute Pre-K teacher Natasha Justus was contacted by Mrs. Maureen McClanahan from Project Linus through the Southwest VA/ Lebanon Chapter. They make quilts for child with special needs. Each student in Mrs. Justus's classroom was provided with a one of a kind quilt that they can keep forever!

At Project Linus, a non-profit organization, the homemade blankets are provided to children in need. The blankets are lovingly made by adults and children from all walks of life and many different sources. The students at Valley are very lucky to receive such beautiful blankets!
