Culinary I students took their knife skills to the next level today by preparing a classic French dish—Duchess Potatoes. 🥔✨ Using a combination cooking technique, they practiced multiple methods, terms, and techniques while turning simple potatoes into an elegant dish.
Washington County ISAEP students rolled up their sleeves this morning at the Harry L. Coomes Center, lending a hand in building the new playground! 💪🌟
Living up to their motto “we’re not weak, meek, or mild,” they tackled every task—from moving two full pallets of composite board, to keeping tools stocked for workers and volunteers, to jumping in wherever they saw a need. Proud of their initiative, teamwork, and community spirit! 👏

Adulting 101: Students in Ms. Litton's Career Strategies class tackled lots of tasks that will be required of them when they become adults (and are also great skills to possess now)!
