New and Transferring K-12 Registration for New and Formerly Enrolled Students

Dear Families:

WCVAPS has fully implemented the online registration process for new students, including those returning after leaving Washington County Schools. The link below will allow you to pre-register students who:

  • Are new to Washington County (VA) Public Schools

  • Were previously enrolled in a Washington County school but left and are returning.

Before using Enrollment Express you’ll need an email account, a newer smartphone or access to a computer. If you do not have access to either, our schools are equipped with a designated enrollment laptop.

The Pre-Registration step requires general information to create your account to begin registering your child.  You will receive an initial email indicating that the pre-registration was received.  Within 24 hours and after approval from school administration, you will receive another email with directions on how to create your PowerSchool account and complete the registration process.

Once your account has been established and you have completed all the electronic forms for registering your child your student’s school of enrollment will reach out to you regarding additional requirements, enrollment start dates, etc.  All forms must be complete for your child to be registered.
